4. Procedure
1. Adjust the level of the paste head according to the thickness of the cardboard (single corrugated, double corrugated) to ensure that the paste wheel is aligned with the center of the pattern pulley, so that the glue on the paste wheel is uniform.
2. Adjust the left and right baffle plate so that the glue on the paste wheel is not skewed.
3. Adjust the interrupt baffle so that its tightness is just the width of the cardboard.
4. Adjust the height of the middle baffle, so that the gap between the baffle along the belt is the height of a carton.
5. Adjust the height of the steel sheet in the middle section of the paper press, so that it is moderately pressed on the carton.
6. Adjust the gap between the lower rollers of the rear counter to make the paper more stable.
7. Connect the AC380V power supply to the machine, turn the red switch to the ON position, and the indicator light indicates that the control power is on.
8. The front black selection switch is rotated clockwise, and the front motor, paste head motor and counter will start together.
9. Connect the rubber hose to the paste head, open the glue valve, put the carton on the lifting platform, and press the rising button to feed the paper.
